- Bannister & hand railing check out and maintain for code and safety
- Exterior office hallways - clean rugs/floors as necessary - remove marks from walls
- Interior / exterior windows clean and unbroken
- Automatic and manual doors and doorways function smoothly and safely
- Stairs and escalators functional, clean and free of broken components
- Interior / exterior paint and wall cover
- Report on damaged or missing interior décor items
- Interior / exterior decorative fountains -free of algae and other unsightly debris
- Interior public drinking fountains are sanitized and sparkling
- Monitor fire extinguisher service dates
- Insure emergency exit instructions from building is clear and visible
- Verify that all emergency exit routes are available and unimpeded
- Interior public restrooms are clean, sanitary and restocked
- Interior public kitchen, eating areas and break areas are clean, sanitized and professional looking
